Sending your order files

After paying, email your Shopify cross-border export and products export (both CSV) from the address you used at checkout. Instructions are on the order page.

Questions about a code

Reply to your delivery email with the product handle and what you'd like us to recheck. If your product details change a classification, we'll correct it free.

Billing, receipts and refunds

Your receipt comes from Stripe at checkout. Not happy with the result? Email us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Details are in our refund policy.
